In the Scientific Project Management Science students will learn to work on a complex business decision making problemfrom the area of Operations Research and Business Analytics with quantitative methods. The goal is to extend knowledge on modelling, development and implementation of analytical solution techniques for theoretical and/or practical problems.

Thereby students will learn to plan and manage complex research and development projects while enhancing their ability to work in heterogeneous teams.

We offer the Scientific Project every winter term.
